The Seitron RGI000MSX4 Gas Detection Control Unit is a high-performance controller designed to monitor up to four remote gas detection sensors from a single centralized control unit. Ideal for industrial facilities, commercial buildings, boiler rooms, and plant rooms, it provides reliable gas leak monitoring to help protect personnel, equipment, and property from hazardous gas incidents.
The RGI000MSX4 continuously supervises connected remote gas sensors and provides immediate visual and audible alarms when abnormal gas concentrations are detected. Two built-in relay outputs allow connection to external sirens, warning devices, or automatic gas shut-off solenoid valves, ensuring rapid emergency response. A configurable 1–90 second delay for the solenoid valve relay offers additional flexibility for different installation requirements.
For enhanced reliability, the control unit supports an optional 12V backup battery, maintaining operation during power failures. Its rugged IP54-rated enclosure, integrated Test and Reset buttons, and wall-mounted design make it suitable for demanding commercial and industrial gas safety applications.
