Influent or inlet typically uses enclosed pipe and thus typically uses a flange or wafer type electromagnetic flowmeter depending on the requirement. 

Electromagnetic Flowmeter System consists of :

ii)  Lighting Surge Protector
iii) Datalogger
v)  Pedestal Panel
